About Cassandra

Meet Cassandra Ruysch

I offer a client-centred, relational approach to therapy, creating a safe space for clients and their families. I make use of a range of modalities for psychotherapy, including exploring interactional styles, interpersonal narratives, CBT, and behavioural therapy.

My interests lie in supporting clients facing anxiety, trauma, low mood, behavioural or relational challenges.

My services include psychoeducational assessments, school readiness assessments, and concentration screenings.

My philosophy

Collaboration is essential for personal and collective growth, allowing individuals to transcend their limitations and broaden their perspectives. From a Stoic standpoint, we are all part of a greater whole, and by working together, we align with nature's interconnectedness. Psychologically, collaboration fosters empathy, trust, and shared responsibility, which are crucial for emotional and mental well-being. It encourages vulnerability, helping us overcome self-imposed barriers and learn from others’ experiences. Ultimately, through collaboration, we cultivate both resilience and a deeper understanding of ourselves and those around us.
