As a psychologist, my practice values the principles of client-centered therapy, acknowledging the importance of creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings freely.
I am competent in using a variety of therapeutic modalities, inclusive of Client-Centered Therapy/Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Behavioural Therapy to support and grow the intrinsic and extrinsic strengths of children, parents, and families.
My areas of interest include working with children and families who are part of the neurodivergent community, supporting and creating interventions for individuals with anxiety, low mood, trauma, bullying, anger, behavioural difficulties, and relational challenges.
In addition to therapeutic intervention, my services extend to psychoeducational assessments, scholastic assessments, school readiness, and concentration screenings.
